Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy services through virtual sessions tailored to meet the needs of diverse client populations.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments that encompass relational dynamics and mental health concerns to inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Employing systemic interventions and family systems theory to skillfully address challenges such as communication breakdowns, family stressors, and relationship conflicts.

• Providing immediate support and crisis interventions for clients in distress, ensuring safety and stability for both clients and their families.

• Maintaining accurate, confidential client records and progress notes while adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Educating clients on effective communication strategies, conflict resolution skills, and coping mechanisms to foster personal growth and relational improvement.

• Collaborating closely with multi-disciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to guarantee holistic and effective client treatment.

• Keeping abreast of the latest trends and research in marriage and family therapy through continuous education and professional development.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid and active Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of three years of experience providing outpatient therapy services in a clinical environment.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in outpatient therapy services will be preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n
