Senior HR Integrations Engineer

To support complex Workday integrations, the remote contract Senior HR Integrations Engineer will design, build, and troubleshoot API-driven integrations between Workday and enterprise platforms while leveraging deep technical expertise. Key responsibilities Design and implement API-driven integrations between Workday and various enterprise systems Utilize orchestration tools like Microsoft Power Automate for execution layers Troubleshoot API failures and optimize integration workflows to ensure seamless data flow Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in HR integrations, specifically with Workday SOAP and REST APIs Strong understanding of Workday data models and object relationships Experience with Workday Business Process-controlled API behavior and XML structure Ability to inspect and modify raw API requests or responses Proven capability to manage complex integrations involving multiple systems and data flows
