Accounts Payable Associate

Infrastructure service company actively filling an accounts payable role. Responsibilities Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently. Review, verify, and code invoices while researching and resolving discrepancies. Prepare and assist with weekly payment processing, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers. Ensure transactions comply with company policies and internal controls. Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account status. Maintain vendor records and supporting documentation. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding issues in a timely manner. Assist with month-end close activities, accruals, and accounts payable reporting. Monitor aging reports and help ensure timely payment of outstanding obligations. Generate ad hoc reports and provide support to accounting and finance teams as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred. Understanding of accounts payable processes and basic accounting principles. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
