Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical Unit

Location: Goldsboro, NC 27534 - JT
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts | 36 hours/week
Pay: $33.00–$54.45/hour
Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 with a 2-year commitment
Incentive: Up to $40,000 over 4 years for eligible inpatient night-shift RNs

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced RN to provide safe, high-quality care to adult medical-surgical patients in an inpatient unit.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Administer treatments and monitor patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and support discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow patient safety standards.
• Educate patients and families and support quality improvement.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; 2+ years of Med-Surg experience required .
• Nursing diploma, ADN, or ASN; BSN/MSN preferred.
• Active North Carolina RN license.
• Current BLS (AHA or ARC).
• NIHSS and CPI-A required.
• Charge Nurse experience highly preferred.
  

Shift Differentials

• Evening: $3.30/hour
• Night: $6.00/hour
• Weekend: $10.00/hour
• Specialty: $2.00/hour for eligible specialties
• Holiday: Additional 50% of base rate
  

Eligible shift differentials may be combined. Relocation assistance varies by distance and requires a 2-year commitment.
