We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical RN to provide patient-centered nursing care on a 48-bed adult Med-Surg unit . This role is suited for nurses who enjoy a collaborative environment and are interested in professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans.
• Provide safe and competent care for patients with complex needs.
• Administer treatments and medications and monitor patient response.
• Educate patients and families regarding care and discharge needs.
• Perform point-of-care testing and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Prioritize care and respond appropriately to changing patient conditions.

Requirements

• Active North Carolina RN license
• BLS required
• NIHSS and CPI-A required
• ADN, ASN, or Nursing Diploma required
• BSN/MSN preferred
• 2+ years of Med-Surg RN experience required
• Charge Nurse experience highly preferred
