Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery | Nights

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to provide care for laboring patients and support deliveries and surgical procedures in a collaborative hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to laboring patients and assess maternal and fetal needs.
• Assist with C-sections , including circulating and supporting surgical care.
• Recover both labor and surgical patients as needed.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Provide patient and family education and support.
• Collaborate with OB/GYNs, midwives, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Perform point-of-care testing and maintain accurate patient documentation.

Requirements

• Active North Carolina RN license
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, NRP, and CPI-A
• ADN, ASN, or Nursing Diploma required
• BSN/MSN preferred
• Previous Labor & Delivery RN experience required
• New graduates will not be considered
• Must be comfortable working nights and participating in weekend/on-call requirements as discussed during interview
