Registered Nurse – Staffing Pool (Float)

Location: Goldsboro, NC
Schedule: 3x12s (36 hrs/week)

Overview: We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Staffing Pool (Float) team, providing high-quality patient care across multiple units. This role offers diverse clinical exposure and strong opportunities for skill development. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, patient-centered care using the nursing process
Float across units based on patient care needs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for continuity of care
Maintain accurate documentation and follow physician orders
Respond to complex patient conditions and prioritize care effectively

Requirements:

Active RN License (NC) + BLS
1+ year of nursing experience in Similar settings would be preferred
ADN/ASN required (BSN preferred)

Compensation & Perks:

Pay Range: $33.00 – $54.45/hr Based on years of experience
Shift Differentials: Nights ($6/hr), Weekends ($10/hr), + more
Up to $40K retention bonus + relocation assistance
