Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. You will drive the sales process through proactive outreach, strategic relationship-building, and consistent follow-up, while leveraging your expertise in sales strategies and CRM management to exceed targets. While your duties will depend on the specific needs of your client, they will include, but not be limited to:

• Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, pain points, and buying criteria, and positioning our products or services as solutions to address their requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales pitches to showcase the value proposition and benefits of our offerings and persuade prospects to make a purchase.
• Close sales and achieve revenue targets by negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with customers, while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner to nurture relationships, answer questions, overcome objections, and facilitate the sales process to closure.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM software, and provide regular updates and reports to management on progress and results.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and effectively articulate value propositions. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and win deals. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sales and customer success. Proficiency in CRM software, sales automation tools, and Microsoft Office suite. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Technical Requirements

Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows users and M2 for Macs RAM: 16 GB minimum 25 - 50 Mbps Internet Speed (Min) USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally)

• 0-3 months: $1,200 USD/month
• After 3 months: You'll receive a $50 monthly Wellness Bonus to support a healthy and balanced work life (total: $1,250/month).
• After 1 year: Salary increases to $1,340 USD/month
• After 2 years: Salary increases to $1,480 USD/month
• After 3 years: Salary increases to $1,540 USD/month
• After 4 years: Salary increases to $1,600 USD/month
• Two Annual Adjustments: Every year, you benefit from two salary increases: one on your work anniversary, recognizing your continued tenure with WorkBetterNow, and one at the start of each calendar year, when all salary ranges are updated company-wide.
