Human Resources Assistant (Military/OA)

Job Duties
Maintains automated suspense tracking systems for the receipt, routing, and monitoring of all military personnel documentation.
Serves as the MEDDAC-AK subject matter expert and final reviewer for the Officer Evaluation Report and Noncommissioned Officer Evaluation Report programs.
Conducts all military in-processing and out-processing for Active Duty, Reserve Component, and backfill personnel.
Interviews enlisted Soldiers and reviews personnel records to determine eligibility for requested personnel actions.
Assists the Chief of Military HR in reviewing and updating internal directives and instructions to ensure consistency in enlisted management operations.
Provides guidance to managers, supervisors, and staff on award eligibility, documentation requirements, and regulatory compliance.
Provides customer service by handling calls, walk-ins, and inquiries or directing individuals to the appropriate office.
