Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations and office activities
- Manage and support a team of 6 to 15 office staff
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Implement office policies and procedures
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new employees
- Resolve office-related issues and support staff needs
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in office administration
