Partner Account Executive

Are you a true hunter with deep MSP industry experience and a track record of building strategic partnerships? IT By Design is looking for a high-performing Senior Partner Account Representative to drive new logo acquisition and expand our strategic MSP partnerships across North America. This is a quota-carrying role for someone who thrives on creating pipeline from scratch, owning the full sales cycle, and closing recurring-revenue partnerships. What You’ll Own: Drive net-new MRR growth through MSP partner acquisition Own the full sales cycle, prospecting to close Build and manage strategic MSP partnerships Sell solutions across NOC, SOC, Helpdesk, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Talent Services Lead executive conversations with MSP owners and CXOs Travel for partner meetings, QBRs, and industry events (25–40%) Collaborate with Marketing, Delivery, and Customer Success teams Ideal Background: 6–10+ years of B2B sales experience Minimum 5 years selling services into the MSP ecosystem Proven experience selling Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS), NOC, SOC, Helpdesk, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Digital Engineering Services Demonstrated success creating outbound pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, and events Strong experience selling MRR/ARR-based services Executive presence with confidence in C-level conversations What we offer: 401(k) with company match Career growth and leadership-track opportunities About IT By Design: IT By Design is a global IT infrastructure management company headquartered in Freehold, New Jersey, with delivery teams across the US, Philippines, and India.
