Role Summary The Busser supports the Front of House (FOH) team by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment. This role is essential to ensuring smooth table turnover and assisting servers in providing excellent service to guests. Key Responsibilities Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and dining areas Refill water, utensils, napkins, and condiments as needed Assist servers with delivering food and beverages when required Maintain cleanliness of service stations and front-of-house areas Properly dispose of trash and recycling Support the team during busy service periods Follow all company policies, safety, and sanitation standards Work Experience Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required On-the-job training will be provided Education No formal education required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Skills & Qualifications Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and responsible Physically able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate items Positive attitude and willingness to help Authorization to work in the United States Schedule & Availability Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Workstream
