Scheduling and pre-registering patients for appointments, the full-time remote Pre-Access Scheduler Colorado will manage high call volumes, transcribe external orders, and perform administrative tasks related to scheduling while providing essential patient information. Key responsibilities Utilize multiple systems for scheduling functions and manage patient data input Handle high volumes of phone calls, including answering, transferring, and conferencing Act as a mentor for new hires and promote the organization's mission and values Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, or four years of revenue cycle experience Minimum of two years of revenue cycle and/or contact center experience Excellent computer skills with the ability to self-resolve technical issues Basic knowledge of medical insurance and benefits Ability to communicate effectively and understand spoken information quickly
