Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state of Missouri
• Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred
• Ability to manage caseloads across multiple sites efficiently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capable of working onsite exclusively (no virtual/remote option available)
• Dedicated to supporting students’ individual needs and educational goals

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs
• Conduct assessments to determine students’ strengths and needs
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to maximize student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
• Travel between multiple school sites within the assigned area
