Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred or eligible
• Previous experience in school or pediatric settings highly valued
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Comfortable working with diverse student populations, including those with mild to moderate disabilities

In this role, you’ll:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to design tailored treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
• Monitor student progress and document outcomes in compliance with school and district standards
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
• Educate and empower school staff and families to support student communication needs
