REO Closing Coordinator

Coordinating the closing of assigned files, the part-time REO Closing Coordinator will manage the preparation and accuracy of closing documents, ensure compliance with state requirements, and resolve post-closing issues, all while working remotely during standard business hours. Key responsibilities Coordinate the closing of files, ensuring all aspects of the closing process are finalized within required timelines Prepare and review closing documents, ensuring accuracy according to state requirements and client instructions Address inquiries from clients and stakeholders while maintaining professional communication and ensuring timely resolution of issues Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required Practical work experience within the real estate industry and/or vendor management services Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation, and closings Proven customer service skills Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft software products
