We are hiring experienced MIG Welders & Fabricators to join our team in the Mentor area. This is a long-term opportunity with competitive pay, steady hours, and excellent benefits in a stable, growth-focused environment.
Pay & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $24-26+/hr (based on experience)
- Shift: 1st or 2nd Shift
- Overtime: Available
️ Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG Welding on steel and aluminum
- Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Fabricate and assemble parts to precise specifications
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
- Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes
- Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures
✅ Qualifications
- 2+ years of MIG/TIG welding and fabrication experience
- Ability to read blueprints and measurements accurately
- Experience working with steel and/or aluminum
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Manufacturing or shop experience preferred
