Hours: 1st shift working from 5 am to 11:30 am, Monday Friday 2nd shift working from 3 pm to 1:30 am, Monday Friday (+$1 shift differential) What You'll Do Operate Motoman robotic welding equipment while performing manual MIG welding as needed. Load materials into fixtures using an overhead crane and prepare equipment for production. Set up welding programs, verify machine settings, and complete first-piece inspections. Inspect finished welds for quality using visual inspections and measuring equipment. Complete production documentation while maintaining quality and safety standards. What We're Looking For Previous MIG welding experience is required. Experience operating robotic welding equipment preferred. Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings. Basic computer and math skills. High School Diploma or GED.
