At Gateway Communications, we use the telephone to personally connect and have conversations with donors of various charitable organizations across the United States. As a Charitable Fundraising Associate, you will be trained to represent these non-profits and to share an enthusiastic message with their supporters while also raising needed funds. • No ‘Cold Calling'—we only reach out to people who have donated financially prior.
• Pay is per-hour, not performance or commission-based.

COMPENSATION:

FULL TIME = $18 to $20 Hourly

 

SCHEDULING & HOURS:

• FULL TIME =Tuesday - Saturday 11 am - 7:30 pm

A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION HAS…

• A positive attitude :D
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer experience.
• Passion for helping those in need.
• Past customer service, sales, or general call center experience (preferred, but not required.)
• A desire for non-seasonal, permanent employment with a growing company.
• The ability to work well with our coaching staff to help you develop in the job.
• The ability to work a consistent schedule and to be a reliable team-member.
