Concierge (Part time)

Part time Concierge opening at Shirlington Village Condominiums in Arlington, VA. Work Hours: 20‑25 hours a week. Weekends: Sat. & Sun. 9am‑6pm (one hour break) Weeknights: M‑F, 4:30pm‑8pm. Option to pick up extra shifts as they become available. Daily responsibilities: Manage the front desk area. Meet and greet homeowners, residents, guests, vendors, and contractors. Research and respond to inquiries. Receive, store, and distribute packages from Amazon, UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc. Send out communications to homeowners regarding community events, maintenance, and HOA rules and regulations. Monitor move‑in and move‑out procedures and reservations for the loading dock and elevators. Other duties as assigned. Requirements 1+ years of customer service experience from the hospitality, hotel, retail, leasing, or multifamily industries. Friendly, outgoing, customer service driven, and team oriented. Flexible with schedule and job duties. Proactive, anticipates next steps, takes ownership and initiative. Problem solver, with conflict resolution techniques.
