Contact Center Representative Legacy Community Federal Credit Union is looking for the right candidate to join our team as a full time Contact Center Representative. This position is in office position. Legacy is committed to assisting our members in the greater Birmingham area at one of our nine branches. Additionally, we are proud to be the official credit union of the University of Alabama at Birmingham. We want to help our members Craft their Legacy by providing products and services to our members that help fulfill their financial needs. This is a full time position, with the standard hours being Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. In this Contact Center Representative position, we rely on you to effectively assist our members with all of their telephone requests while providing exceptional customer service. From basic account information, answering questions about products and services, resolving problems, and performing basic monetary transactions. As needed, you recommend and sell products and services, and direct members to various departments for specific information and/or services that cater to their individual needs/goals.
