Responsibilities Support structured finance securitization practice. Engage in asset‑backed securities transactions. Participate in warehouse financing transactions. Requirements 4 to 8 years of relevant experience. Strong law school academic credentials. Experience in sophisticated law firm and transaction settings. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Proficiency in structured finance and securitization. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
