Securitization Finance Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a senior‑level associate or counsel with expertise in structured finance and securitization for their Chicago, IL office. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience, particularly in lender‑side private trade receivables securitization and related areas. Duties Represent banks, funds, and financial institutions in structured finance transactions. Handle trade receivables, inventory, and other trade‑related assets. Engage in cross‑border financing and off‑balance‑sheet structuring. Manage intercreditor arrangements and trade credit insurance. Requirements 5+ years of structured finance and securitization experience. Experience with trade receivables monetization and supply‑chain finance. U.S. lawyer practicing from the U.S. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the United States. Skills Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
