Job Description VP, Group Account Director (DTC) | Healthcare Advertising /n New York, NY /n /n I'm partnering with an exciting healthcare advertising agency to identify a VP, Group Account Director to lead key direct-to-consumer (DTC) business and drive strategic brand growth across a portfolio of pharmaceutical clients. /n /n This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded client services leader who understands how to build strong client partnerships, lead integrated DTC campaigns, and deliver impactful healthcare advertising that connects with patients and consumers. /n /n The Opportunity /n /n - Lead senior-level client relationships across a portfolio of pharmaceutical DTC brands, acting as a trusted strategic partner to key stakeholders. /n - Oversee the development and execution of integrated DTC campaigns spanning digital, social, broadcast, print, and other consumer-facing channels. /n - Translate brand strategy and commercial objectives into innovative, insight-driven marketing campaigns that engage patients and drive brand performance. /n - Provide strategic leadership across account planning, campaign development, resource management, and delivery, ensuring work meets client expectations and agency standards. /n - Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing account management teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. /n - Drive organic account growth, identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships, and contribute to new business pitches. /n - Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, medical, media, and production teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality work. /n - Oversee account financials, budgets, forecasting, and profitability while balancing client satisfaction with agency growth. /n /n /n What We're Looking For /n /n - Significant experience in healthcare advertising, with a strong background in pharmaceutical DTC marketing. /n - Proven success leading large, complex client accounts and managing senior client relationships. /n - Experience overseeing integrated consumer campaigns across multiple channels. /n - A track record of developing talent, leading account teams, and driving business growth. /n - Strong commercial acumen, including budget management, resource planning, and account profitability. /n - Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. /n - A proactive, collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. /n /n
