Job Description

Vice President, Infrastructure Debt – Global Infrastructure Manager

\n

Pearse Partners has been mandated by a leading global infrastructure investor to hire a Vice President into its US Infrastructure Debt team.

\n

\n

The platform

\n

A top-tier global infrastructure manager with a well-established debt franchise. The US team is in a growth phase and building out its capability to support expanding deal flow and new strategies.

\n

\n

The role

\n

The team invests across the infrastructure capital structure, with a focus on higher-yielding opportunities, across core infrastructure sectors including energy, digital and transport. You will:

    \n
  • Lead transactions end-to-end, from screening and structuring through diligence, documentation and close
    • \n
  • Build and review financial models and credit analysis
    • \n
  • Prepare and present investment committee materials
    • \n
  • Manage and mentor junior team members
    • \n
  • Monitor portfolio performance and support asset management
    • \n
  • Build relationships with sponsors, advisors and lenders
    • \n

What they’re looking for

  • Investment experience in infrastructure debt, infrastructure credit or adjacent private credit
    • \n
  • A track record of leading deals and driving workstreams
    • \n
  • Strong modelling and credit skills
    • \n
  • Experience managing junior team members
    • \n
  • An origination network is a plus but not essential
    • \n
