Land Development Manager
M/I Homes
M/I Homes is seeking a Land Development Project Manager in Fort Myers, FL to support due diligence, budgeting, and scheduling for residential projects. You will review design documents, coordinate with utilities, and manage buyouts and contractor selections to keep milestones on track. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and at least 5 years in land development, with strong budget-management and MS Office/MS Project skills; willingness to travel and #J-18808-Ljbffr
