Communications Analyst

Turn information into insight Use research platforms such as Factiva and Meltwater to monitor media, track policymakers and stakeholders, and understand the landscape our clients operate in Leverage our internal AI studio and tools such as Claude and Notebook LM to produce rigorous analysis that is useful Help shape strategy for clients by contributing to discussions about actions and communications Write for different audiences—from media briefings to policy analysis to internal reports—drafting content that is clear, compelling and purpose‑tailored Keep teams organized by managing logistics that keep client work moving: scheduling, monitoring, agendas, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks Contribute to a collaborative culture by working with people across the firm, giving and receiving feedback regularly, and helping create an environment where everyone can do their best work Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience conducting research and drawing logical conclusions from findings Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) effectively, safely and critically Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn about new topics and understand how things work Interest in reputation management, storytelling, and how communications shape outcomes for influential organizations and individuals Curiosity about the opportunities and challenges facing the technology industry Desire to learn how to advise on business strategy, public policy and communications Collaborative instincts and a value for working with others and learning from them Commitment to seeking feedback and acting on it Relevant experience through internships or work in PR, corporate communications, media, policy or research (desirable) Interest in policy and regulation challenges within the technology industry (desirable) Experience using AI tools effectively in an academic, professional or similar setting (desirable) Technical interests—whether building websites, apps or other projects (desirable) #J-18808-Ljbffr
