Jobot is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive new business, grow strategic accounts, and expand U.S. market share. This fully remote role partners with leadership to execute growth strategies and build a high-performing sales organization.
Salary ranges from $90,000 to $150,000 base per year, plus car allowance and commissions. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k) with company match; life and disability insurance; HSA/FSAs; and generous PTO.
