Strategic Media Planner

Synthesize diverse data sources and research insights to develop strategic recommendations aligned with Medical Affairs goals.

Manage Statements of Work (SOW) and agency partnerships with strong governance and oversight.

Participate in annual planning processes, including defining media objectives, channel strategy, channel mix, and measurement frameworks.

Ensure compliance with marketing guidelines, privacy policies, and organizational procedures.

Develop and enhance healthcare professional (HCP) customer experiences through digital omnichannel orchestration.

Collaborate with Medical Affairs teams and business units to align strategies across channels.

Present strategies and insights to senior leadership, including C-suite stakeholders.

Build and maintain partnerships with third-party platforms and sources of authority (SOAs).

Recommend optimal media channels based on best practices and strategic objectives.

Partner with media agencies to develop, execute, and evaluate channel and tactical plans.

Ensure consistent application of therapeutic area (TA) strategy and customer insights across all touchpoints.

Analyze performance data and optimize media mix to improve outcomes.

Collaborate cross-functionally to establish standards that enhance customer experience.

Identify and implement innovative opportunities in content and execution to address clinical care gaps.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, marketing, or digital media agency environments.

Broad experience across multiple media channels, including both offline and online planning.

Strong expertise in media planning tools, measurement, and media mix modeling.

Proven strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Strong project management, budgeting, and prioritization skills.

Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.

Ability to work effectively in dynamic and ambiguous environments.

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across diverse teams.

Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
