Shift: full time on all shifts, part time on 7p-7a

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified LPN to provide direct patient care to our residents and patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The successful candidate will work under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse, assisting residents with activities of daily living and providing nursing services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident

• Supervise certified nursing assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation

• Oversee falls and pressure sore prevention programs

• Provide nursing services, including conducting and documenting thorough evaluations of each resident's medical status

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN

• Experience in skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities preferred

• Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
