About the Role:
Join SENIOR SUPPORT SERVICING LLC as a Licensed Practical Nurse PRN in the Tampa Bay area and Plant City where you will provide compassionate care to our senior clients. This flexible position allows you to make a meaningful impact in their lives while enjoying a supportive work environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in patient care.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families.

Requirements:

• Valid Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Experience in a home health care setting.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of patient care standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Flexible availability for PRN shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• AXXESS Home Health (EMR) experience preferred.
