Graduate Nurse

Join our team at Cape Heritage Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Sandwich! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Graduate Nurse to join our team at Cape Heritage Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Sandwich, Massachusetts. As a Graduate Nurse, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse to provide care to our residents while you await the results of your NCLEX licensure exam. Hourly rate ranges from $40 to $46 for LPNs and $45 to $51 for RNs, depending on the shift. Weekly pay! Key Responsibilities Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident Maintain current resident care plans on all residents under your care Follow physician's orders and render complete nursing care, treatments, dressings, and other physician orders Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs Maintain accurate awareness of residents on alert list Requirements Must have graduated from a Massachusetts board-approved nursing education program within one year of hire date Must provide documentation from your nursing program showing your graduation date Must provide proof of scheduled NCLEX licensure exam within 90 days of hire Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actions Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public Benefits Competitive and Weekly Pay Holiday Pay for Hourly and Salaried Employees Overtime Pay for Hourly Employees Career Advancement Opportunities Exclusive Employer Discount Program Available for Eligible Team Members Employer-Paid Life Insurance 401(k) with Employer Match Vacation and Personal Time Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance We are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels.
