Assistant Office Manager – Temp-to-Hire
United Talent is seeking a dependable, organized Assistant Office Manager for a temp-to-hire opportunity.
The employer is looking for someone who can grow with the company long-term and take on additional responsibilities as they gain experience.
Responsibilities
- Organizing company leasing portfolios and related documentation
- Converting existing leasing documents into digital files for electronic storage
- Scanning new documents and information as received
- Adding new documents and information to the appropriate digital account files
- Maintaining accurate and organized electronic records
- Using the company’s CSA CRM system
- Performing basic clerical and administrative duties as assigned
- Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy when handling company records
Qualifications
- Strong basic clerical and administrative skills
- Good computer skills and comfort working with digital documents
- Strong organizational and file-management abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Dependability and a strong work ethic
- Ability to learn new software and processes
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Experience with CRM systems is helpful but not required
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–4:00 PM. Friday- Leave at 2:00pm- paid for the full day!
- $17.00/hour
