Accounts Payable Manager Location: Vandalia, OH (Fully Onsite) Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead the accounts payable function for a growing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys improving processes while developing a high‑performing team. Responsibilities Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the Accounts Payable department Supervise, mentor, and develop the AP team Ensure timely and accurate processing of high‑volume invoices and vendor payments Oversee vendor relationships and resolve escalated payment issues Reconcile AP accounts and ensure accurate month‑end close activities Maintain and improve AP policies, procedures, and internal controls Collaborate with purchasing, finance, and other departments to streamline processes Monitor cash flow requirements and payment schedules Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Qualifications 5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, reconciliations, and month‑end close Experience with ERP/accounting systems Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
