Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in school-based OT preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and goal setting
• Strong communication and organization skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students to determine individual OT needs and develop effective intervention plans
• Deliver direct occupational therapy services within small group or individual settings
• Contribute to IEP development and participate in student progress meetings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation of student progress
• Provide consultative support and training for staff and families when needed
