HR Specialist

Duties
Provides customer and help desk support for HR information systems by responding to system questions, resolving issues, routing requests, and monitoring ticket trends.
Works with customers to identify business needs, gather system requirements, document enhancement requests, and support improvements to automated HR processes.
Supports implementation projects by assisting with project plans, system configurations, milestones, resources, customer requirements, and project status activities.
Conducts system acceptance testing and evaluates system functionality, reporting data, and user feedback to identify potential system or process improvements.
Develops user guides, job aids, communications, and training materials and provides system training to administrators, HR staff, employees, and other users.
Advises and assists customers with system functionality, business processes, implementation activities, and adoption of automated HR processes.
