Our client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders, drive employee engagement, influence workforce strategy, and support a growing international organization. What You Bring: Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of HR experience
Experience partnering with senior leadership
Strong employee relations, coaching, and problem-solving skills
Experience with workforce planning, talent management, and HR analytics What You'll Do:
• Advise leaders on people strategy and organizational effectiveness
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Lead employee relations and performance management efforts
• Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning
• Analyze HR data and provide business insights IND30
5+ years of HR experience
Experience partnering with senior leadership
