I’m partnering with a growing company to identify a skilled Human Resource Manager to lead HR operations across a multi-state workforce. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals Lead full‑cycle recruitment and talent initiatives Oversee onboarding, training, and employee development Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff Ensure compliance across multiple states Manage employee relations, investigations, and performance management Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR operations Enhance HR policies, processes, and workplace culture Qualifications 5+ years of HR management experience (multi‑state experience preferred) Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Bachelor’s degree required; SHRM certification a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
