This role focuses on deep technical troubleshooting| root cause analysis| and permanent fix implementation working closely with development| infrastructure| and DevOps teams to ensure high availability and performance of applications. Key Responsibilities Provide L3 production support for enterprise applications developed using Java| Spring Boot| and Angular. Perform in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and complex incidents. Debug application issues related to APIs| microservices| backend logic| and frontend components. Analyze logs| stack traces| database issues| and performance bottlenecks. Implement bug fixes| patches| and minor enhancements in coordination with development teams. Support production deployments| releases| hotfixes| and post-release validations. Work with L2 support teams to guide issue triage and resolution. Ensure adherence to SLAs| incident management| and change management processes. Participate in on‑call rotational shifts as part of 24×7 support coverage.
