Job Title: ServiceNow Now Assist Engineer Location: Phoenix, AZ / Charlotte, NC / New York, NY / Utah - Onsite

Job Overview Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Now Assist Engineer to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered solutions across the ServiceNow platform. The role centers on Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Privacy, and Enterprise Risk, leveraging Now Assist, AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, and Generative AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows using ServiceNow Now Assist and AI Agents
- Build conversational AI experiences using Now Assist Panel and Virtual Agent
- Support IRM, GRC, BCM, Privacy, Audit, Risk, and Security Operations functions
- Implement AI governance controls and compliance guardrails
- Build reusable automation components and support SDK/source-controlled development
- Collaborate across Risk, Compliance, Security, and IT teams
- Communicate AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills
- Strong ServiceNow platform engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with Now Assist, AI Agents, and Agentic Workflows
- Experience supporting IRM, GRC, BCM, Privacy, Audit, Risk, and Security Operations
- ServiceNow configuration and development using platform-native capabilities
- Experience with workflow automation and source-controlled development
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Blend of ServiceNow expertise and enterprise risk management knowledge
- Exposure to Generative AI and Now Assist implementations
Location & Work Model Onsite - Phoenix, AZ / Charlotte, NC / New York, NY / Utah
