Senior Furniture Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Furniture Designer to join our growing team in New York. In this role, you will design innovative workplace furniture solutions for commercial clients, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop functional, aesthetically appealing environments that meet client needs. The ideal candidate has experience working with MillerKnoll products and is highly proficient in CET (Configura CET Designer) . Responsibilities Design commercial office furniture layouts using CET Designer (Configura) . Develop furniture specifications, installation drawings, and presentation materials. Create efficient and functional workspace solutions utilizing MillerKnoll product lines. Collaborate with sales teams, project managers, architects, and clients throughout the project lifecycle. Review project requirements, floor plans, and design standards. Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to ensure design accuracy and project success. Revise layouts and specifications based on client feedback and project changes. Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and project requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred). 3+ years of commercial furniture design experience. Hands-on experience with MillerKnoll products and specifications. Advanced proficiency in CET Designer (Configura) is required. Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Strong understanding of commercial workplace planning, furniture systems, and installation processes.
