General Contractor and Construction Manager - Florida Licensed

Job Description Job Description Department: Operations Reports To: President Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual with a General Contractor active license in the state of Florida to join our team at IPE Developments LLC. As a General Contractor and Construction Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. General Accountabilities: * Thoroughly examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to ensure safety and adherence to specifications. * Read and interpret blueprints and other specifications to determine construction requirements and plan procedures accordingly. * Estimate material and worker requirements for completing projects. * Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of construction workers and laborers. * Collaborate with managerial personnel, other departments, and contractors to resolve issues and coordinate activities. * Coordinate work activities with other construction project teams. * Order or requisition necessary materials or supplies. * Locate, measure, and mark site locations or equipment placement using appropriate measuring tools. * Maintain accurate records of personnel, production, and operational data on specified forms or reports. * Assign work to employees based on specific job requirements and resource availability. *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
