Manufacturing Technician

A client of Innova Solutionsis immediately hiring a Manufacturing Technician.

Position Type: Full time Contract Contract to Hire
Duration: 12months
Location: Londonderry NH 03053 ( Onsite/2 nd Shift/2pm-12:30am/Mon-Thur)

As a Manufacturing Technician you will:

• Working knowledge of electronic optical and mechanical assemblies.
• Performs computer activities with programs provided.
• Strong attention to detail to accurately follow required rework.
• Demonstrated proficiency at documentation of repairs.
• Reports deviations from standard to appropriate resource for review instruction and authorization and obtains quality inspection when appropriate.
• Work safely to prevent injuries and follow all safety regulations.
• Supports Lean manufacturing efforts through continuous process improvement.
• Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures.
• Applies considerable English language skills to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Cultivates a culture that assures effective cross functional team work.
• Performs job duties in a manner that complies with environmental health and safety regulations policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates ethical and professional behavior in accordance with company values.
• Consistently at work and on time.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Follow all safety measures.
• Ensure compliance with company and production department policies and procedures.

Ideal candidate will have:

• 2 years related experience in a repair field.

• Computer skills required (Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Soldering.

• High School diploma or GED
• Soldering experience
• Supervision Received
• General supervision and instructions given for routine work and detailed instructions given for new activities or special assignments

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $23-$25/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.
