Manufacturing Technician III

Manufacturing Technician III at PCI Pharma Services supports biopharma and medical device manufacturing operations in Bedford, NH. The role involves executing complex manufacturing tasks including aseptic filling, equipment operation, and mentoring junior staff while maintaining GMP compliance and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Mentor less experienced staff in aseptic techniques and manufacturing operations
- Prepare solutions, perform aseptic filling and labeling of vials under sterile and non-sterile conditions
- Assemble, operate, and troubleshoot aseptic filling and lyophilizer equipment in cleanroom environments
- Complete manufacturing documentation including batch records, logbooks, and deviation reports
- Perform equipment sanitization, sterilization preparation, and COP/CIP/SIP operations
Requirements
- 3–5 years pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing experience
- Strong aseptic techniques and fill-finish operations knowledge
- High school diploma with 4+ years cGMP finished dose form experience
- Experience reviewing and creating controlled documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with mechanical aptitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with positive attitude and interpersonal skills
