Manufacturing Technician I Wed to Sat 6AM to 4:30 PM

PCI Pharma Services seeks a Manufacturing Technician I to support pharmaceutical and medical device production in Bedford, NH. The role involves learning and performing supervised manufacturing operations including equipment preparation, aseptic compounding, and filling activities in compliance with GMP and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform aseptic filling, vial preparation, and sterilization under sterile and non-sterile conditions
• Assemble, disassemble, and operate aseptic filling and lyophilizer equipment in cleanroom environments
• Operate processing equipment including autoclaves, ovens, vial washers, and centrifuges
• Complete and maintain batch records, logbooks, and production documentation per SOPs and master production records
• Sanitize production areas, identify deviations, and participate in investigations as needed

Requirements

• 0–2 years manufacturing experience, preferably pharmaceutical or medical device
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Ability to weigh, measure materials, and operate basic benchtop instruments
• Capacity to follow written instructions and seek guidance on complex tasks
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Physical capability to lift 25–50 lbs and stand 6 hours in production areas
