Associate Attorney - Probate Administration

Compensation $80,000 yearly Responsibilities As a Junior Probate Attorney, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients while managing probate and guardianship/conservatorship matters from opening through resolution. This Position Offers Direct client interaction from day one. Meaningful courtroom and probate experience. Mentorship from experienced attorneys. Opportunities to develop litigation skills. What You’ll Do Managing a caseload of contested and complex Probate and Guardianship, Conservatorship cases. Conducting client consultations and strategy meetings. Building trusted relationships with clients through clear communication, empathy, and responsiveness. Drafting, reviewing, and filing probate pleadings, petitions, motions, and related legal documents. Conducting legal research and developing case strategies. Representing clients in hearings, mediations, and litigation when necessary. Overseeing case progression to ensure matters move efficiently and deadlines are met. Collaborating with legal assistants and paralegals to provide an exceptional client experience. Assisting with accounts receivable collections and client account management as needed. Providing proactive updates and guidance to clients throughout their legal journey. Qualifications Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar. New attorneys and recent bar passers are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. High emotional intelligence and professionalism. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills. A growth mindset and willingness to learn.
