Employer of record is: DLV Hamptons Management LLC Dune Deck Beach Club is seeking Seasonal Server to join the Food & Beverage - Service Department. This role is available April 20, 2026 – October 7th, 2026. H-2B visa sponsorship is available for in-country extensions. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.**Key Responsibilities*** Greet all guests and members promptly and politely, and by name whenever possible.* Demonstrate knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including preparation and components of each dish and allergens.* Assist with any member or guest issues and concerns in a professional, courteous, and prompt manner.* Prepared to run food, clear tables, reset any China, glassware, or silverware as needed.* Support the rest of the team for efficient service.* Carefully input all orders into the point-of-sale system and ensure accuracy of check throughout service.* Prioritize communication with all team members and managers during service.* Complete all opening and closing procedures as instructed.* Maintain an eye for detail, including checking all areas of the restaurant for garbage, dishes, and glassware.* Assist with execution of departmental goals and objectives.* Monitor inventory levels through regular inventory checks.* Maintain all equipment and be sure it is handled properly.* Adhere to all company policy and procedures.**Qualifications*** Six (6) months of experience in high-volume restaurants, resorts, or private clubs.* Required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts greater than eight (8) hours in length.* Required to read, write, speak, and understand English.* Required to work indoors and outdoors.* Required to stand, walk, and move for a period of greater than four (4) hours.* Required to lift, carry, bend, stoop, squat, reach, push and pull. May be required to lift and carry items that are sometimes greater than 50 pounds.* Knowledge of safe food handling practices.* Background check will be performed at the expense of the employer.**Additional Requirements*** Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.* Ability to work in a team environment.* Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.**Benefits*** Pay Range: $25.65 - $29.00 USD per hour; based on experience* Employee Meals, Referral Incentives, and Recognition Programs* Optional housing is offered through a separate rental company for those outside of a commutable distance. Cost of housing and utilities, if accepted, is $100.00 - $150.00 per week for a shared room.
