LifeSci Capital is a member of FINRA and SIPC. \n About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analyst to join our investment banking team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to high-impact transactions and work with dynamic, high-growth companies in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. Key Responsibilities Support client engagements and transactions as part of the investment banking team Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to drive project success Prepare presentations and marketing materials for current and prospective clients Contribute to mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and equity follow-on offerings Conduct valuation and financial modeling analyses for clients and target companies Develop creative solutions to complex business challenges Analyze financial statements, review business plans, and conduct market research Manage due diligence processes, including virtual data room setup and Q&A coordination Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field with a strong academic record (minimum preferred GPA of 3.5) Proficiency in financial modeling and financial accounting Prior experience or internships in finance or relevant roles within life sciences organizations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required, with familiarity with SQL or other programming languages a plus Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong motivation, leadership qualities, and ability to work collaboratively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines High emotional intelligence and professional maturity What We Offer Competitive Salary and Bonus opportunity Comprehensive healthcare benefits with low-cost employee contribution Generous PTO policy 401(k) plan Paid Parental Leave Commuter Benefits Wellness Reimbursement and additional EOP offerings Note to Applicants This is a junior-level position designed for those beginning a career in Investment Banking; ideal candidates will be recent college graduates and/or those with less than 2 years of experience.
