What You'll Do

Assess and monitor emergency patients to provide high-quality care
Utilize the nursing process to create and implement individualized care plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Document patient care accurately and timely
Respond swiftly to emergencies and changes in patient condition
Educate patients and families about treatments and procedures

What You Need

Active Louisiana RN license
Minimum 2 years of recent ER nursing experience
Current BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with good judgment
Knowledge of OSHA and healthcare safety standards
