What You'll Do

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
Perform patient assessments, develop, and implement care plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as per protocols
Document patient care activities accurately in electronic medical records
Respond promptly to emergencies, including code situations
Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care

What You Need

Required:

Valid Louisiana RN license
BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
2+ years of ER nursing experience
Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

Certification in clinical specialty area
Ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams
